Our Warranties
We offer a 6-year structural and 2-year cosmetic warranty on your build. This means that as you move into your new home or renovation, you can simply enjoy living in it, knowing any major repairs and maintenance will be covered.
Our Architects
We’ve built great relationships with highly-skilled experts in their field. Our architects understand not only how people move through space, but also how light and air can be affected by design. This means your project will be created with the practicalities for your lifestyle, and include considerations such as heating, cooling and lighting to improve cost and energy efficiencies.
Our Contracts
We use a fixed-price Department of Fair Trading contracts that’s been designed by the leading body for our industry. As it’s a fixed-price contract, this gives you assurance there will be no surprise invoices at the end of the build. And, because it’s designed by our industry body, there’s no surprise clauses that you need a legal degree to find and understand.
Our Team
A building project such as a new home or renovation, is a team effort. And as such, you need your tradesmen to work as a team – within their area of expertise and for the project as a whole. The only way this happens is by having people work for you over an extended period of time. Our bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers and landscapers have worked together on multiple projects, so they know how they each run their part of the project. This means if a problem arises, there’s a collaborative approach to finding a solution quickly and with as little impact to the project schedule as possible.

Every residential builder in Sydney says they’ll build your home on time, but we’ve all heard enough stories to know it’s just not true. We guarantee your project will be built to the agreed schedule, or we’ll pay you $1000 every week we’re late.
We do this because we know that by the end of a build, the bank account might be a little lighter, so finding unbudgeted funds for additional rent or storage can be hard. We want you to spend your money on the things that bring you happiness, not paying for delays.
